Not a Teaching

Nonduality is not a teaching. On a personal level, as the dreamer, the experienced self… there can be huge improvements when it comes to the realisation of what is suggested with non duality. Although, that is not what the message is about.

Already Free

Everything is already free. Meaning: everything and anything can arise. That has nothing to do with the feeling of freedom, which is an apparent experience. Although, through seeing through the illusion of self, one can experience more freedom. So, experience can arise, so does the experiencer (everything can), but the experiencer is the illusion. “You can do all this, without the me involved”, is a line I once heard from Jim Carrey. If you haven’t already, watch him have an unexpected conversation about this on the red carpet on E!.

Attachment to ‘my life’

For me the dream is still ‘operating’ from time to time you could say, but that is also unconditional freedom. I still have attachments to the idea of ‘me’ and ‘my life’ and what I want it to be or think it should be.

Nothing wrong

To be clear, there is nothing wrong with that. There is no choice in this (it can change though), it is just what is happening, for no one already. The experience can be different than the message suggests, but that doesn’t mean it is wrong, or even right as well… It just is.

Not a teaching

Nonduality is not a teaching, unlike most spiritual practices. It is not a way you are supposed to live your life. It can’t be defined. Although, listening to the message can have positive impacts on one’s life. Only nothing is added or subtracted… But it can be experienced that way.

I intent to do more content like this, I feel like sharing more of what has been, apparently, realised here.
